Waiting for Christmas

I can’t resist  for Christmas, especially Christmas Eve. To recall the taste of  my grandmothers' gingerbread I decided to bake it. So I ran to the store and bought the necessary ingredients  yesterday afternoon.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup of sugar

2 tablespoons of honey

1 cup of cream (18%)

1.5 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 package of gingerbread spice

At the beginning pricked oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Then I started doing mass. I slaughtered yolks of eggs with sugar. I added honey, and then: cream, flour, baking soda and spices. All thoroughly mixed. In a separate vessel slaughtered egg whites. I added them to the dough. I  gently mixed the whole. I poured mass into molds (I'm doing muffins), I put it in the preheated oven and baked for 30-40 minutes.

I think it's a good idea for cold evenings. If someone is not convinced, think of the warm cake, delicious coffee and a good film.

Hi. My name is Gabi and I am 13 years old. I come from Poland, and more from Lublin. This blog is my homework, but I think about starting blogging for a long time. :)

I go to High School, but I have a lot of interests. I love music. It is above all. I like to help others (want to be a volunteer). I play volleyball, I like swimming, roller skateing, going to the cinema, and at the same meeting friends. One of my deepest passions is photography, however. I take pictures of all, what you will soon find out - accidental people, animals, different  things that interest me.

This year I was (with friends and family) on the Baltic Sea. I visited different places, I learned many interesting things, and above all, take some rest. It was great, because I did what I wanted. I cooked for friends, cared of owners' dog - Max, and I took photos.

 

 

In the evening I came to the beach alone.

I like to watch the sunset.

My next passion is fashion. I love go to the shopping centre with my friends. We laugh, talk, and by the way we measure clothes at the same time. It’s a great fun. A week ago we were in the shopping centre and we bought few clothes. We went to McDonalds after walking around shops.

I have a cat named Paco. I got it over two years ago for Christmas. I will never forget this moment. Paco is two years old and it was born on 10th October, 2009. My cat is of sibirian breed. It looks like a wildcat.

I really enjoy cooking. A week ago I cooked dinner for my family, and yesterday I cooked a delicious cake. Sometimes I bake the breads and rolls with my mum :). I like it! It's great fun!
